Inclusivity Commitment

The Line was founded on the principle that everybody belongs on bikes.

We know cycling has a skewed portrayal in media which has made it less approachable for women and minorities. We’re here to welcome everyone into the sport, and helping each individual - regardless of their background, age, cultural identity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or physical abilities – can enjoy the benefits of biking and experience more of our awesome public lands.

We have zero tolerance for harrassment, hate speech, derogatory comments, bullying, or discrimination. We require our staff, coaches, partners, customers, and class participants to abide by this policy.

Any women-specific programs and instruction are open to all individuals who identify as girls or women, without regard to their gender assigned at birth or past gender identities. We welcome trans women/girls, cis women/girls, and nonbinary individuals who feel comfortable participating in programs primarily consisting of individuals who identify as women/girls.

Our other programs are open to all individuals of all gender identities.

We value feedback and expertise on making our mountain biking, gravel, and mobility programs more accessible to all. If you need accomodation, please let us know in advance.

Everyone is welcome at The Line!
